Coaching is an investment in yourself, your relationships, and the changes you want to make in your life. Whether you're seeking individual or relationship coaching, my goal is to provide personalized, practical support that extends beyond our sessions together.

I offer both individual sessions and discounted coaching packages, depending on your needs and preferences.

Individual Coaching Fees

Initial Assessment — $190 (60 minutes)

Our first session is an opportunity to explore your goals, challenges, and what you hope to gain from coaching. This fee also includes my review of any questionnaires, screening tools, or relevant background information you provide before we meet.

Ongoing Coaching Sessions — $170 each (50-55 min.)

Starter Package — $800 (Assessment + 4 additional sessions)

Maintenance Package — $850 (5 coaching sessions)

Couples Coaching Fees

Initial Assessment — $250 (60 minutes)

We begin with an assessment of your relationship, including your strengths, challenges, patterns, and shared goals. This fee also includes my review of questionnaires, screening tools, and relevant background information provided before our first meeting.

60 min coaching session = $200 each

75 min (standard) coaching session = $250 each

90 min coaching session = $300 each

(All couples coaching packages include access to a shared google doc with session summaries, resources on relevant topics, and homework to do between sessions.)

STARTER PACKAGE 60 min:

Intake session + (4) 60 min coaching sessions = $1,000

(vs. pay-as-you-go for $1,050)

STARTER PACKAGE 75 min:

Intake session + (4) 75 min coaching sessions = $1,175

(vs. pay-as-you-go for $1,250)

STARTER PACKAGE 75 min:

Intake session + (4) 90 min coaching sessions = $1,350

(vs. pay-as-you-go for $1,450)
